Absinthe

June

If you are in love with Chinese food, we have only one word for you—stunning!

To begin with, hot and sour soups were quite big, so our advice would be to share one if you decide to try some of Absinthe’s delicious hors d’oeuvres. Beware: soups are very spicy, but you just have to love it!

Next, hot wok in a boiling pan (pork, Chinese cabbage and black mushrooms) and noodles with pork, mangel and sesame—both taste amazing. Still, if you are not addicted to Asian food, hot wok might be too much for you, because it is a bit raw. On the other hand you will be blown out by any kind of noodles served in Absinthe.

For deserts, what else than fried bananas with chocolate topping!

Want some? Absinthe delivers also!
